Elements of the training include: introduction to behavioral health crisis; presentation from a person on their own experience with crisis and recovery; presentation on our de-escalation stairway approach; and live action practical exercise scenarios with professional actors and coaches who are experienced crisis responders.   8 hours or 6 hours depending on the intensity of response work of the class, tailored to your agency's needs.  Per person charge may vary depending on class size.   $205 per person.   Contact BSF at 612 801 8572 or admin@thebarbaraschneiderfoundation.org for details or to set up a training for your agency or group.
