About the event

Both Days, 8:30 a.m.-Noon

Today, Indigenous Peoples continue to suffer the adverse impacts of hundreds of years of historical trauma and genocide. As consequence, Indigenous Peoples experience the manifestations of these forms of historical and intergenerational trauma personally and collectively.  Join us for two mornings of education, knowledge and information that can mitigate the effects of historical trauma.

Historical trauma affects the body-mind and spirit individually and collectively.  Currently we are living in a time of a pandemic that impacting all human beings. Intervening on trauma is the key to breaking the cycle. Learn how intergenerational trauma crosses over to the next generation. Take part in hands on holistic healing practice and concepts for emotional health and wellbeing.  Become motivated through the latest information on self-healing knowledge that will create a positive shift for mind-body and spirit.  The most important action we can take is to create well-being from within to show up in the best way possible for our families and the community we serve.
